#1. Use Hot Water Bag: Facilitates Fluid Mobility In Your Body.
This will make your period end sooner. Placing a heating pad for five to ten minutes for nearly 3 to 4 times in a day helps to a large extent.
#2. Have Intercourse.
Having sex can cause the urinal muscle contraction and these contractions help to shed the blood more quickly, thus reducing the duration you are on your period.
#3. Drink As Much Water As You Can Drink.
This can help in an easy flow and can shorten the period. Nearly 6 to 8 liters of water helps.
#4. Take Vitamin-C Rich Diet.
Vitamin C helps the body absorb iron and this strengthens the blood vessels. This helps in reducing the duration of the period. Some good sources of vitamin C are lemons, oranges, bell peppers, dark leafy greens, kiwis, broccoli, berries, grapefruits, tomatoes, peas, and papayas.
#5. Oil Massage Of Abdominal Muscles.
This relaxes uterine contractions and diverts blood away from the uterus to help stop your period early. This also helps in easing the cramps and the pain.
#6. Cinnamon Water.
Having strong astringent property, cinnamon has been used as a therapeutic herb for ages. Add three teaspoons of cinnamon powder in a cup of hot water and cinnamon water is ready. This tends to close the blood vessels in the uterus which leads to a perceptible slowing of the bleeding and thus end the period quicker. You must first consult a gynecologist before you try any of these methods.

This helps in reducing the pesky cramps and also facilitates the flow of blood out of the body faster.
